Fixed: Corruption in Adblock Plus data files might result in Adblock Plus being unable to block anything (forum topic).
Fixed: Adblock Plus toolbar icon isn't always visible in pop-up windows.
Fixed: Opening a new browser tab from Adblock Plus doesn't work in SeaMonkey 2.1.
Fixed: When adding a filter subscription in SeaMonkey 2.1 on first run it isn't downloaded immediately.
Fixed: Issue reporter doesn't work in K-Meleon.
Some minor improvements to the data that is being sent by the issue reporter.
