    Hallo Wladimir,

let me begin thanking you a lot for these extensions. The web is not the same since I found them a couple of years ago. Many, many thanks.

I have been wondering for a time… Why is ‘Element Hidding Helper’ not directly integrated in AdBlock Plus? Is there any particular reason to keep it as a different extension?
    Kindest regards!

    Reply from Wladimir Palant:

Mostly because it is easier to develop them as independent extensions. Also, the target audience of Element Hiding Helper is simply much more experienced, I wouldn’t want the regular Adblock Plus users to start playing around with element hiding rules – this can end pretty badly.

    Hallo Wladimir,

    your extension “Element Hiding Helper”
is very helpful for cleaning web pages
most often i use it to identify elements
to use later on with stylish extension,
for example finding element location like:
    html > body > tr + tr > div
for now I’m copying it manually from the
    “Compose element hiding rule” window
    my question is:
is it possible somehow to copy and past the
elements tree from the “Compose element hiding rule”
    window ?
then it will be very helpful for stylish as well
