Adblock Plus

Googled for the past hour how to replace adds with custom images.

I know Catblock was a joke, but it has something that can be useful.

Im sure im not the only user who uses ABP to also block images i don't want to see. But it would be cool if i can replace certain images that i choose, with a custom image?

Is this something that would be simple to implement ?

He is a busy person though.
Maybe a charity of his choice ?
