Obj-Tabs Problem =Picture Included=

I just recently installed Ad-Block Plus, and I'm having a problem with the tabs. With the old version that I had, if a music file or flash was embedded into a page, a tab that says "Ad-Block" would appear at the top left, and I could click it to Ad-Block it.
Now, I can not view those files with the Ad-Block tab available. If I disable tabs, everything runs fine. If I enable the tabs, flash files don't load.
In the top picture, I have the tabs disabled, and in the bottom one I have tabs enabled. As you can see, the top menu bar of newgrounds (which is a flash file) doesn't work when tabs are enabled.
Is this a common bug with Ad-Block Plus, or could it be just me?
EDIT: Tabs seem to work with music and video files, it is just a problem with certain flash files.
