BLOCK except show blank!

I've installed .10 and i've realized that Adblock didnt really BLOCK anything. For example on megaupload.com theres an annoying p.php popup ad. Ive added in the adblock list and to the siteblock list but it popups with adblock's "blocked" message blank page.
Ive used .megaupload.com/p.php syntax. (script.js and ad.js added too both lists!)
***My request: how can i force any page or script NOT to popup or run or download etc. except that "blocked by...".
How can i block the page itself and not just it's content??
Try it yourself to see cant work. If i make mistake or misunderstand plz reply me.
