I tried to run one of the java files in the default folder in the extension folder (the {3whatevernumbers} folder) and it gave me an error. Does that matter or was it harmless?
Long answer: those are script files (different to java) used by Adblock. Running those will have no effect on the operating system because none the objects in the files relate to anything in the operating system.
