AdBlock + leaves Placeholders or empty spaces

AdBlock leaves Placeholders or empty spaces (instead of collapsing the area where the ad was. How can I fix that?

I already set on "remove ads" and "collapse blocked elements", but it still doesn't work.

I think blocking DIV elements might fix this on some sites. I know on Digg.com it leaves a empty box at the top where an ad was..but I have DIV blocking turned off. You might try that.
