Ctrl+Shift+K?

What does Ctrl+Shift+K do in Adblock Plus? It changes the line under the AdBlock status bar icon/text from dotted to solid to nothing, but I don't seem to see any difference when browsing sites with ads. According to the Keyconfig extension this shortcut has a name of 'firefoxkey-toggle-adblock-quickblock'.
