So far, I've figured out to block detection with two simple lines of js via greasemonkey/scriptish (faking the adblock test results); game/content loading is anyway not delayed.

It looks like a scam but it might not be; anyway, that URL didn't start with mgjmp.com, but rather was http://lockmusic.me/dl/lock/25c5b95625d ... p.mp3.html

I think some wget wizardry is necessary here, but it could be a META refresh (I didn't have scripts enabled for any of the domains involved, but the redirection happened anyway).
