ADB Icon keeps on disappearing

Hi

Info: ADB 2.5.1, Element Hiding Helper 1.2.3, FF 28, Win7

Since (I think) FF 27, ABP Icon keeps on disappearing.
ADB is installed and working properly. It also shows in the Addons.

If I disable and immediately enable ADB from Addons, the icon appears but then after some restarts, it disappears.

I used to have it in Addon-bar. Then it was moved to navigation bar.
The icon does not appear in the Customize... window.

Is that causing the issue?
