Waterfox 26.0+28.0 ABP 2.5.1 icon missing from addon bar

Using Waterfox (64-bit compile of Firefox) 26.0 and then updated to 28.0, same problem.

Using my existing profile: No way to select the option to show icon on addonbar.

Creating a new profile: I can select and deselect the option, but does not display an icon on any tool bar, nor in customize dialog.

Any other suggestions? Known issue? Beta version to try? Etc?

Thank you! That worked perfectly. Did not know the specific URL but suspected it would exist.

Did not have to reboot, just installed addon, selected Tools -> AdBlock Plus -> Options -> Show in toolbar.

I just have to remember to switch back to release channel after new version comes out.

Actually, now the behavior has popped up again with the only change being a few browser shutdowns and a system restart.

This is what ABP has been doing for many months now it seems: icon randomly disappears, can sometimes be enabled, sometimes not. Difficult to reliably reproduce. Not sure which if any other addons, extensions or plugins could be corrupting the ABP icon in this way. Once corrupted, a new profile does not help. Upgrading (maybe installing in general) a new ABP seems to clear out the corruption. Any addons with a known problematic history causing such an error, that I can start troubleshooting there?

I remember tab mix plus was having some conflicts with ABP
Also, I'd be careful using those cookie and session addons

You can't reliable reproduce the issue so it's difficult to say more..
