Problems with append list

When importing a blocklist, cancel no longer seems to append a blocklist to the current list, it really does cancel and add nothing. ver 0.5.8+

That's because duplicates aren't meant to be appended. Can you send me the file to test because I can't reproduce the problem and it seems to be working. Email address is mcm DOT ham AT gmail DOT com. Could be a bug that needs fixing.
