Can't install latest Adblock Plus version?

So I opened up the Extensions dialog via Tools menu in Firefox 1.5

Several extensions told me they had new versions I could install, Adblock Plus being one of them. The other extensions updated fine but every time I attempt to update I get this error:

I checked the official site, but they only have version 5.10 for download, as does Extension Mirror

Any word on this?

changed the screenshot to be ablock.jpg not ad.jpg since adblock already blocks that file name ;o
