Which version?
Which version?
Hi, all. I found the page (after quite a bit of searching) that lists previous versions of adblocker, but nothing to indicate which one I should get. I'm using an antiquated computer with WinMe and Firefox 2.0. Got an adblock plus that will work with it?

Re: Which version?
Hello,
Browser compatibility is listed right below the Adblock Plus version. 1.0.2 was the last to work with Firefox 2.

You may also consider installing KernelEx: http://kernelex.sourceforge.net/
then Firefox 10.0.12esr: https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org ... esr/win32/
and finally ABP 2.2.3: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... sion-2.2.3
Or, if you're able to obtain Windows 2000 somehow, you should be able to non-destructively upgrade from ME->2K and then avail yourself of Firefox 10.0.12esr and ABP 2.2.3, and have a more stable computer to boot.

There's a buzzin' in my brain I really can't explain; I think about it before they make me go to bed.

Okay, great, thanks, now how do I get it? Clicking on the Download button doesn't do anything.

Re: Which version?
- Right-click the “Add to Firefox” button and choose Save Link As.
- Open the Add-ons Manager.
- Drag the file you saved onto the Add-ons Manager. An installation prompt should appear. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Re: Which version?
I'm back, finally, but now that link listed above doesn't work. Is that temporary or has the page moved?
Re: Which version?
if you are talking about 1.0.2 version, click this link

Re: Which version?
If you are talking about taking the KernelEx route, use this direct link instead (then again, AMO should still work properly in Firefox 10esr): https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/down ... on-history
