BUG - ADB+ not recognize uppercase and lowercase letters

Adblock does not recognize the uppercase and lowercase letters.
Filters from Opera <= 12.17 is therefore inapplicable.

for example:
*etarget* - This filter also blocks: *etarget*, *eTarget*, *Etarget*, *EtarGet*, "viewPageTarget" etc..

OK,this is working, but when import filters from old Opera, i must add at end of many filters this string ($match-case).
My filters list is very long.

is possible to add this feature to adblock as default? + Options "disable recognition" for any filter list entries.
It is more applicable.

I do not think it would be a good thing. It would be for you but not for the lists maintainers and the current lists.

What is written is given. a=a (not a=A)
