Hide/remove ads

I cannot see the hide/remove ads setting in v0.5.8 - it has been replaced by the icon/text/button setting. I thought that it may have been moved to the Options menu but it is not there either. Has this option been removed (other than editing user.js or using about:config)?

It has been moved to the options menu, it's been renamed "Support Websites" just to confuse people
