Okay, it's a little complicated, and fine, I'm a Luddite for being on an old system (Mac 10.5.8 ), but I've got both Firefox and TenFourFox on this machine (because they each do different things well). I understand that they both think they're the same program as far as the files they draw on go, and I want ABP on FF and not TFF (I understand you can partition them off somehow, but the instructions I found for doing it were only for PCs). I was fine uninstalling ABP on Firefox and then reinstalling it frequently (it only takes a moment) until it stopped working and now only gives me the error above. For Windows or Mac users: In Firefox > Tools > Options > Advanced tab > Encryption tab > click the View Certificate button. In Authorities tab, locate and highlight StartCom Certification Authority in the list, click the edit button and ensure that all boxes for the trust settings are checked.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
