AP update 2.6.9.1 doesn`t block video ads anymore

Since the last adblock plus update (2.6.9.1) I do have issues especially with ads on videos (for example [1]). The don`t get blocked anymore. Also some of the ads on websites are not getting blocked [2].

How can I solve this?

I am using FF 38.0.5 . The following three filters are active and up to date:
easylist germany + easylist
easylist
adblock warning removal list

-remove easylist ==> it's already in the combo easylist germany + easylist
-for the video ads: some of them can't be blocked (did you try with / without flash ?)
-which ads aren't blocked on titanic-magazin ?
