bookmarks folders

When I attempt to create a bookmarks folder it won't open. Is Adblocker creating this problem and can I fix it?

Is this a question ...or are you sure ABP interferes with what you want to do ?
If you are sure provide all the steps to reproduce the issue

The problem started after I installed adblocker. I click on bookmarks select show all bookmarks then select organize bookmarks then select new folder and there is no response. Other than the fact that this problem surfaced after I installed adblocker I don't know what the problem is.

if you are on "all bookmarks" voice, the "new folder" option is unselectable
you have to choose "bookmarks toolbar" for example and "new folder" will be enabled
