Some videos play on youtube--and some don't. When I disable ABP, the ones that don't play work again.
Any idea what's causing this?
Seems firefox no longer likes flash. I have the latest player and refreshed my firefox. Didn't help.
Thanks!

Re: Youtube playback issues
I disabled flash, and that helped. But what really helped was disabling this filter: ||youtube.com/annotations_invideo.
I was trying to block in-video annotations.
Do you know a better filter that works? My youtube preferences never stay saved for some reason, thus I need a filter to keep those pesky annotations at bay.
Thanks!

I think I found what I was looking for: ||youtube.com/annotations_

Re: Youtube playback issues
Nope. ||youtube.com/annotations_ made the html5 video unplayable.
Still looking for an all-encompassing filter to disable in-video annotations for youtube.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Yep. The problem is those settings never stay the way I want them. Meaning I have to change them back every time I log into youtube. Pain in the butt.

Re: Youtube playback issues
I'm still getting these annoying "suggested" video windows that appear inside the vid box.
Is there a filter for that?
Thanks!

Re: Youtube playback issues
Yes, there is a filter for this. There is a complement for firefox called Youtube High Definition. Install the extension and after that, click in the "HD" symbol and disable the annotations.
