How do we stop aggressive PUPs. The kind where one click on a link and get reimage or sluttroulette or zeodirect and one has to do it 3 time before you get to the new site. I use Bitdefender, Defender, spybot !

Install, update then fully scan your system with Malwarebytes Antimalware and AdwCleaner.

Depending on what sites you're browsing, what you describe could be interstitial ads from the web rather than malware on your system.
