Adblock not working on youtube

Ok after hours of testing it turns out the delay is there when I sign into Youtube. No delay if I sign out!

So not a corrupt profile then, but why would the delay exists when I sign in?

Okay I resolved it by opting out of interest based ads in Google ad settings. Also changed a bunch of other youtube settings like changing location to "worldwide", maybe that had something to do with it.
