On the page http://www.superdickery.com/oneshot/6.html, I can't block this image:

I can block that pic, sure.
So is your Adblock really Enabled, and Adblock is not Disabled on that page (page is not Whitelisted) or .jpg items are not item whitelisted.

Blocking this image should be no problem with any version of Adblock (tried it with Adblock Plus 0.6).
