Can't Disable ADP on a Webpage

When I click the drop-down arrow to the right of the ADP icon, there's no "Disable on ..." option, which I've read about on the Web. Have can I exclude a site from ADP?

Does it happen only for some site or for all of them ?

However, to whitelist a site just add this filter (replacing example.com with your site):

Try disabling all other addons, see if works.

However, add in your custom filters:

Many thanks, but I don't know how to do that. I go to Tools > Adblock Plus > Filter Preferences... > Add Filter Group and then I'm stuck. Why does it have t be so complicated?! Can't there be an easy process?

1. if you check "disable everywhere" it means ABP is completely disabled for all sites. So, uncheck that option.
2. follow the indications from the linked post.

click ABP icon
click "filter preferences"
click "custom filters" tab
if you dont see any filters group create 1, then paste the filters in the right panel (if you don't see the panel ==> drag the vertical pointed line on the right to the left)

I'm sooooo sorry, I just don't understand that. I see the line but still don't know what to do. I'm going to have to give up on this! Thanks so much for trying to help.

ADP really must configure their sw so it's easier to use.
