element hider: block all except

I keep finding myself having to use the element hider for adblock to block some large number of components when instead I wish I could block everything on the page except for 1 single element.
Is there a way to do this?

For example,
I'd like to have www.google.com display only the search bar.
EasyList, Malware Domains, EasyPrivacy, some non-intrusive advertising, and Fanboy's Social Blocking List are enabled
