My settings are not saved

My settings are not saved. If I put me a new list, this is gone after restarting Firefox. Even though I have Ads add to the list the gone and everything is at a level of few weeks ago. I have already installed AdBlock new. Unfortunately, the problem persists. Do I need anything else Delete so AdBlock is still completely gone? Or someone has a solution for it?

You should:

- check your system for malware
- reset firefox (first save your bookmarks, passwords or sync them all)
- reinstall ABP, test it
- reinstall the other addons and test again

- malware scan has been recently made. No results.
- Firefox I can not put back, because I have too many settings that i can not back up.
- ABP I had already reinstalled. all files deleted from the firefox folder.
- other addons I can make applicable settings and be saved.

Edit: I see in the FireFox Folder, adblockplus Folder, that ABP create an tmp File when i put a new Add to the list. But the tmp File will not change in to a new patterns.ini. But when i change the patterns.ini.tmp in to patterns.ini, the new settings will not load. I see the blocked Add in the patterns.ini, but it will not show in ABP in the list.

if you use firefox sync, all your settings will be saved. So, first reset FF, then re-sync it.

or first you could test on firefox portable

install ABP and test again.

At a friend of me it doesn't work too. We think it's either a Firefox Version problem or a Windows security problem.

Just follow my advice and try using for test firefox portable.
