How / where did you get such banner ?
Did you try using EHH to hide it ?

Banner displayed when viewing a facebook without login. So I tried Element Hiding Helper. Nothing gives. Constantly changing the name of the rule from: facebook##u_0_5x
on: facebook##u_0_4i, facebook##u_0_4y facebook##u_0_64 et cetera
