Microsoft ad in new firefox tab!

Microsoft is opening up a new tab and that is what I see when I logon to my laptop and get back into firefox. It's there waiting for me. ADBLOCK PLUS is not stopping it.

I evidently solved this, but I apologize for the post. I'm the OP and I don't even know what I was talking about! I should have updated it. I wonder if I am seeing replies or maybe they are going to spam folder?
