blocking facebook's "Buy and Sell Groups Near You"?

Hello everyone,
I would like to know if there is anyway (be it through AdBlock Plus itself or a user created script) to block facebook's "Buy and Sell Groups Near You" thing. I'm not sure, but I think this feature of their site could still be considered as a type of ad so... is there anyway to hide it?

considering the lack of answers I'm starting to think that this is a localized thing specific to Brazil and maybe some other regions...

Where did you see that ad ? some special group ? normal feed page ?

I too would very much like this. It's been maybe a month or less now that these have appeared in my news feed, and they are really annoying. They seem to be inserted above the previous batch of items I've viewed. And they keep reappearing no matter how many times I click Not Interested.

I've been running that userscript for quite a while, but it dosen't seam to deal with the same type of thing (it deals with those "suggested sponsored" posts only as far as I understand).
I say this because, despite having the userscript running, I still get adds such as the one user andrewm57 pointed out, and also some at the right sidebar (if i can call it like that): http://imgur.com/a/dTYbV

OBS.:
-Look for the red rectangle in the image I shared since my facebook is in my native language.
