Can adblock be enabled only on particular websites

I can see that adblock cab be selectively disabled on certain websites and kept enabled by default, but is it possible to keep it disabled by default but can be enabled on certain websites? I can bear the normal advertising, and there is all that "please help us get ad revenue" stuff. I only want to adblock the annoying websites.
