Aggressive overlay popup?

There is this one site I go to which has some kind of overlay. Anywhere I click on the page, even a right click, a page automatically pops up, then the original page is redirected to some spam site. I have used element blocker and this does not work, I am unable to find which element to block. How do I prevent this annoying popup?

I get no popup using those filters.
There is an issue now with that site: the videos are not playable (are missing) even disabling ABP.

However, what tab are you talking about ?
If you are using other blocking addons, disable them, keep only ABP, test again.
