Anime Site Slowing Down Firefox - Help

Theres a website called, kissanime.ru thats slowing down firefox. It cant let me disable any without watching its videos. And the page keeps refreshing itself every 5 secs. How do I disable its ads and watch its videos and stop the page from refreshing itself constantly?

Every time I try to watch an episode of gogo anime the movie plays faster then its downloading. I then have to pause it to let it catch up play it. if I'm lucky and it slows down again
