Indicate when filters are detected and ready?

Could the ABP toolbar button be given a warning-like appearance when no filters are detected, or some of the detected filters are not yet loaded and active?

I've seen the loss of subscriptions and filters problem (e.g. Not working anymore? thread) and the filters aren't ready for a while after startup problem (e.g. Adblock Plus starts late, impacting initial page thread) in Firefox ESR 52.2.0 with ABP 2.9.1. In both cases, the ABP toolbar icon appeared normal and I was just lucky to have detected it. The toolbar icon also has a normal appearance when all subscriptions and filters are purposely removed. A configuration that could happen if someone make a mistake. A visual indicator could help people to detect when the blocking they want isn't happening and to respond accordingly.
