Don't work manual filters in FF with -profile

[Owlss22]

If FF starting without parametrs - all ok.
If FF starting
"C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -no-remote -profile "D:\Profiles\prof1_1"
added manual filters worked only in this session.
After restart FF all manual filters be lost

PS: Manual filters add with Element Hiding Helper
PPS: I'm use FF 55.0.3 (64-bit)
