"disable everywhere" not working

on the most recent firefox, I can no longer completely disable ABP. The addon will stay active. I can still deactivee it on the current site or a certain domain. Just the complete deactivation is impossible

If you are talking about version 2.9.1 is deprecated.

2.9.1 is the last version for the legacy ABP on firefox (FF wont support anymore any legacy extension)

So, just install the beta build indicated above.
