Heyo.
Just looking for some fix, but the youtube video ads came back for me in a big way. Tried updating ADP to most recent version (2.9.1) and updating firefox to most recent version (64 bit 56.0.2) but the ads keep showing up.
I tried messing around with the 'open blockable items' tab, but none of the options stopped said ads from coming in without also disabling youtube altogether. I've submitted a few reports via the 'report an issue on this page' button, but it's getting tedious, to the point where I've now seen 50 minute unskippable ads being put on videos that were only 2 minutes long >_<
Is there some specific filter anybody else has run into that works? If not, are there other services you'd recommend to fix the overall issue?
Youtube Ads came back
Re: Youtube Ads came back
Secondary issue - certain 'blockable items' are not blockable at at all, and will in fact fail to be added to the block list, specifically https://static.doubleclick.net/instream/ad_status.js
Any ideas on fixes?

You should install FF 57 (now in beta) and the last beta build of ABP (2.9.1 is the last legacy one, wont be supported anymore)
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addo ... sions/beta
(FF 56 has too many issues)
