Some catchup TV sites are now able to detect when AdBlock Plus is enabled, and prevent the user from loading any videos until AdBlock Plus is disabled. Is there a way around this issue?
An example in Australia is SBS On-Demand - https://www.sbs.com.au/ondemand/.
I used to be able to watch catchup TV from this site on Firefox - without ads - until recently. Now none of the videos loads while AdBlock Plus is enabled. Everything works fine with AdBlock Plus disabled, but I am forced to watch all the ads.
I don't believe this is a filter issue, but I have checked and I do have the very latest EasyList filters - updated just this morning.
