Bug: Filter list blocked by ABP

Version:

• 3.0.1

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a filter rule (e.g. "dummy123").
2. Add a new filter subscription with a URL that matches that rule (e.g. http://www.example.com/dummy123.txt).

Expected results:

• Filter list is downloaded and added to ABP.

Actual results:

• The download is blocked by ABP.

Workaround:

• Upgrade to 2.9.1
