Improving the UI for Block Element

Can the user interface to Block Element be improved, incorporating some of the features of the old UI? Most important to me would be:

1: A keyboard shortcut to initiate the block element feature
2: Ability to 'w'iden and 'n'arrow the element selection
3: Option to keep the annoying "help" menu from ever displaying
4: Keyboard shortcut to blink all effected elements
5: An immediate undo option (with keyboard shortcut) to restore the last blocked element

I also find the old red dotted outline for the selected element to have been more accurate and informative as to what was going on, rather than the yellow shading which does not fully extend to the extent of the selected element.

I'm not sure if are achievable due to ABP use of the developer tools panels.
