Possible to manuall block of site?

Im not 100% sure how I can use Adblock plus to block popups from sites manually. If I found a sites that has popups for newsmail:

Is it possible to blacklist the site manually in adblock ?

i get pop up message. I really like Adblock plus but is it possible to prevent sites like this pop up message?
