ads keep loading all the time

Hi there , there is a manga website i like to read manga at lately they added a black box which keep refreshing all the time and increasing the load on my PC while i reading also it's made firefox to crash in many occasions due lake memory space, i guess its using my pc to visit another websites or something, tried to block it but didn't succeeded so far.

so i hope if there is anyone can teach me how to block it
