Is it possible to save the whitelist for next AdblockPlus ?

Is it possible to save the whitelist for next AdblockPlus ?

Each time I get a new update of AdblockPlus I have to recreate my whitelist. Would it be possible to save this so that when a new version is released, it picks up the previous whitelist?
