ABP 3.0.1 (updated 4/20).
I don't know what time the update loaded, but on Friday, ADP was working fine. I had not uses my computer since Friday.
In OL.com, I had blocked "Upgrade to Premium" and "It looks like you are using an adblocker..."
The Block Element icon is now missing, which is why I can't block these annoyances.
Here are my current Outlook filters:
