It's an... 'adult' site, so I won't link to it. Here are some examples from blocking it manually multiple times:
fakeurl.com##a[style="height: 98%; position: absolute; z-index: 97274829; left: 2px; bottom: 3px; right: 0px; top: 3px; width: 98%;"]
fakeurl.com##a[style="top: 2px; right: 1px; height: 100%; position: absolute; z-index: 77744617; width: 98%; left: 0px; bottom: 1px;"]
fakeurl.com##a[style="top: 1px; left: 2px; position: absolute; height: 99%; z-index: 14492443; right: 1px; width: 98%; bottom: 1px;"]
fakeurl.com##a[style="left: 2px; width: 99%; height: 100%; z-index: 99606244; position: absolute; bottom: 3px; top: 1px; right: 3px;"]
Here's my quick, poor attempt at creating a generic rule to block it.
fakeurl.com##a[style="width: [95-100]%; position: absolute; height: [95-100]%; z-index: *; left: [0-3]px; bottom: [0-3]px; right: [0-3]px; top: [0-3]px;"]
It doesn't seem to have worked, so what do I need to change? I tried to replace the " with / but it wouldn't allow it. If it makes a difference, it's not always there on page load, but if I right click anywhere, it comes into being and Firefox itself reports that it's blocked a popup (or multiple).
