Page impossible to block

Hi, i have a problem with a annoying page, that is impossible to block.

I am ussing Firefox Quantum 61.0.2 (32 bits)
When i am working and i surf for example in a job page

the link that the page at the top suddenly appear.
I try to block it with Adblock security options but i couldnt.

How can i block this annoying page? Thank you very much.
