Adblock not working

I have noticed that Adblock has stopped working and does not appear on the menu where other add-ons do. When I look at my Add-ons it appears there along with the others that I use. When I go to Adblock Settings from the Add-ons list it takes me to a page where I have various options to tick but I cannot actually select any of them even though they are not greyed out. So they appear selectable but I cannot select them. I have tried removing it and then adding it again, and no change. I am on 61.0.1 version of Firefox.

Anyone know what could be causing this?
