Well, not literally every page, just every page that's not whitelisted. Every other page is broken to the extent that it loads scripts, CSS files, images, dynamic content, or anything else that's not in the initial request. Using the Web Developer->Network tool, when I have ABP enabled, only the main document is fetched. That means that everything that's not in the main HTML doc doesn't get downloaded; it looks like Adblock Plus is blocking EVERYTHING except the first document fetch. That breaks the internet pretty effectively.
For instance, here's the Google homepage with AdBlock Plus enabled:
Here's what I see if I disable AdBlock Plus, and hit F5 to refresh the page:
This behavior is new. It just started happening in the last few hours. According to Firefox, I updated AdBlock Plus today.
I'm using Firefox version 64.0 built by Canonical for Ubuntu.
ABP breaks javascript, CSS, and images on EVERY page

Hello! Thanks for bringing this to our attention! Can you let us know which filter lists you are using with ABP? We'd be happy to help!
Thanks

Re: ABP breaks javascript, CSS, and images on EVERY page
I experimented with turning filters on and off, and it looks like EasyList is causing the breakage. If it's the only one enabled, things are broken. If it's the only one disabled, things seem to work fine.
For reference, the whole list of filters I have:
Adblock Warning Removal List
EasyPrivacy
Facebook Privacy List
Fanboy's Social Blocking List
ABP filters
