What's wrong with Adblock Plus? Each time I start Firefox a complete Adblock-Plus-install procedure happens, and not just once a day - each browser start. That is a loooong procedure which unables starting work soon.
How can that evry-start-install-procedure be abolished radically?
Best regards, Uwe Kulick
Install procedure each time I start Firefox
Re: Install procedure each time I start Firefox
Hi there!
Thanks for reaching out to us! We apologize for the annoyance. This is a known Firefox issue, and the developers at Mozilla are currently working on a fix for it. In the meantime, some users have had success with removing ABP using the steps in this link https://help.eyeo.com/en/adblockplus/un ... s?5de59f86, and reinstalling via https://adblockplus.org. Let us know if this helps!
Thanks

Re: Install procedure each time I start Firefox
Is de-installed and reinstalled the ad-blocker, but it still makes that trouble. It seems that I have to search another ad-blocker. AdBlock Plus is truly good ad-blocker, but because it starts a full install procedure at browser start it is also a kind of internet-blocker Best regards, Uwe Kulick

Hi Uwe K.
We would certainly hate to see you go! Some users who were still experiencing this issue found success by creating a new user profile in Firefox. You can find the instructions in this link https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/pr ... -a-profile, scroll down until you see the Create a Profile section. Let us know how this goes. Thanks for working with us on this!
Thanks
