License
Re: License
I don't know if I have permission to do this but can I take your list and edit it? By that I mean take out all the filters that I don't need so it won't be to large.
Re: License
EasyList is dual licensed under the GNU General Public License in addition to Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported (https://easylist-downloads.adblockplus.org/COPYING). Both licences permit derivative works provided that the resulting subscription is available under the same licence.
However, removing all unnecessary filters from the subscription and only using this derivative on your own computers would probably be classified as fair use (or, in jurisdictions other than America, fair dealing), and therefore permissible regardless.

Re: License
Thanks but to clarify, if I use this for myself than I don't need to do the GNU or CCAS3U? I was planning on putting the list on Google Code because I don't know any other way to get the list on my other PCs.
Re: License
If you make the derivative list publicly available by, for instance, uploading it to Google Code, then it will need to be ascribed one or both of the existing licences, as it may feasibly be used by people other than yourself.
Re: License
So I link the list to https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html and https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/ ? Or do I link it to https://easylist-downloads.adblockplus.org/COPYING ?

You link the list to https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html or https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/ or both.
Don't link to https://easylist-downloads.adblockplus.org/COPYING.
P.S. Michael, does CC really allow this:

Re: License
Since all EasyList copyright holders have consented to the licence, I can see no reason why it would not be valid, especially given that both Mozilla ("Unless otherwise indicated, the content is available under the terms of the Creative Commons: Attribution Share Alike License v3.0 or any later version.") and VideoLAN ("Except where otherwise noted, content on this site is licensed under the Creative Commons Share-Alike License v3.0 or any later version.") use similar terms for their website content
