how to block these blob: url contents.??

hello
as someone who use a limited data plan i always used abp or ubo to block instagram videos from auto playing to save data but today for some reason all the normal instagram .mp4 file links look like this blob:https://www.instagram.com/5cdb15a0-f015 ... 8dbd190edb
i tried everything and not one of them is working so how the hell can i block these blob: url contents.??
btw they (ig videos) load normally when i'm not logged in to my account or while using private Windows
